Luke joined Warfield & Sanford in 2004 and is responsible for providing direct support to Mr. Warring, the company’s President, with financial and managerial accounting, insurance acquisition and management, procedure and control improvements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Luke manages the company’s admin and support system, planning and integrating procedure or system upgrades as needed. He also manages and assists in large-scale projects in all departments of the company and has assisted or managed large government contracts since 2013. In 2012, Luke graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
